Toffin Indonesia has capitalized on the growing popularity of coffee in Indonesia by introducing a wide range of imported top quality beans and flavored syrups, as well as a complete line of espresso machines, coffee bean roasters, and cleaning products.
Sicilian-born Export Manager Giuseppe Trovato said: “What sets us apart from our competitors is the variety and quality of our products and equipment. Toffin is the best for what people look for and that ranks us above other companies.”
The company, founded in 2007, began as an importer and distributor of powder frappe mixes for the food and service industry, but diversified as a distributor of coffee-making machines and other related equipment.
Toffin Indonesia is divided into two divisions: consumables and equipment. Its syrups and sauces are imported from Seattle, Washington; while nearly all its popular espresso machines come from Italy.
In Indonesia, the company is also the exclusive agent for the Italian-made Vibiemme, Victoria Arduino, and Nouva Simonelli espresso machines, as well as the Hario machines from Japan. It has a 70 percent market share for imported espresso machines in the country.
This year, Toffin will take part in the upcoming Food and Hotel Indonesia trade fair, which attracts about 24,695 trade visitors from Indonesia, and in SIAL InterFOOD (The International Exhibition on Food and Beverage) in Jakarta.
Trovato also said: “We’re expanding operations, developing more products and franchising. In a few months, we will launch our first flagship store, and we’ve already had inquiries from other cities to do this.”
