Talent solutions provider Siegen Solutions has topped Great Place To Work®’s list of Best Workplaces™ in the Philippines for 2023 under the small category, or companies with less than 100 employees.
What makes a great workplace?
According to Great Place To Work®’s more than 30 years of data analysis and a survey of over 100 million employees around the globe, people experience a "great" workplace when they consistently: (1) trust the people they work for; (2) have pride in what they do; and (3) experience camaraderie with their colleagues.
Using the aforementioned definition, Great Place To Work® uses its Great Place to Work® Trust Model©, which quantifies the ‘employee experience’ and is the foundation of its Trust Index© Employee Survey, the results of which give each company a rating between 1 and 100%.
Siegen Solutions’ score
Siegen Solutions garnered a 100% approval rating from its employees with all of them saying it was a great company to work for. With this score, Siegen Solutions outperformed a typical global company under the same category, which only achieved a 53% rating on average.
The results of Siegen Solutions’ Trust Index© Employee Survey also showed that 100% of its employees said they: (1) were made to feel welcome upon being on-boarded, (2) felt a sense of pride for their work, (3) had customers who rated their service as “excellent”, and (4) had executives who fully embodied the best characteristics of their company.
In an interview with local news organization Inquirer, Siegen Solutions President and CEO Aya Palmera-Montebon attributed the company’s success to the collective efforts of the entire team, especially the under-30s, who bring a fresh perspective and dynamic energy to the workplace.
“The team is young, passionate, and energetic. I am the oldest among the regular employees. But given the young vibe, the culture is very creative and ready for whatever transformations and iterations we need to do to serve our applicants and client partners better,” she said.
According to Palmera-Montebon, Siegen Solutions is strengthening its services to complement its client needs such as technology-specialized hiring, clinical requirements, and multilingual professional requirements.
She added that Siegen Solutions wanted to grow further and enter the medium category by next year.
