Sony Digital Audio Disc Corp. or Sony DADC, top industry providers in disc and digital solutions, is aiming to build its reputation in Asia and developing its relationships with more prototype companies.
Ali Tinazli Vice President at Sony DADC: “The US represents 80% of the total market. We want to increase levels of activity in Asia, mostly in Japan and South Korea; those are ongoing activities going on.”
Sony DADC, headquartered in Austria, provides service offices, optical media production, distribution and digital facilities networked across a global scale.
Sony DADC is a digital solution provider for the entertainment, education and information industries, which offers top-level optical media replication services and physical supply chain solution and software services.
Sony DADC’s BioSciences division also partners with Life Sciences and Diagnostics companies, which enable industrial manufacturing for smart consumables.
“We have a B2B business model. The market is always developing. What we’re doing now is to collect more prototype companies and early stage companies. So they can also see us in their context and exhilarate the commercialized and innovation,” Tinzali said.
In 2014, the American Association for Clinical Chemistry (AACC) awarded Sony DADC BioSciences and Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. Ltd. the Best Abstract of Interest to the Industry Division Award.
Sony DADC BioSciences also won the the Best New Company Award given by Select Biosciences at the 2nd Annual European Life Science Awards in Hamburg in 2012.
